I have been to the same KFC 3 times now where you are told at the first window, where you pay, that you will receive your receipt at the second window. You don't however. When you request it you are told to wait in the parking area. Yesterday I decided to do exactly that, just to discover that I have automatically been charged R2 for charity. I have never declined to donate the money when given the option, but I consider it to be when it is taken without my permission. If this is a ploy to R2 from every single customer I at least expect to see evidence that these funds are going (in full) to the charity. I also expect to see a donation from KFC's side.

I expect a receipt with any purchase and this is completely unacceptable.
