We had lunch at the Wooden Banana restaurant on Tuesday 26 Mrt 2013. To start with there was absolutely no service. We ordered milkshakes and when it came the glasses were half filled with the milkshake and the rest was just foam. Very little ice cream! We ordered two wraps, beef prego and spicy chicken. Little to say NO prego and NO spicy chicken. It was so dry we had to ask for more mayonnaise. The tortilla was even worse! We also ordered, a margarita pizza which was just as dry and had hardly NO cheese on. We had to put some of the mayonnaise on the pizza as well, just to make it eatable. When our incompetent waiter, Kekana, brought our cutlery my serviette was dirty and looked like it was used. I complained about it and he just took the serviette, with a grin on his face, without apologising. We called the manager and informed him about the matter and then he started arguing about it and defending their wrong doing. Afterwards he asked us what he can do to make it up to us and did NOT have the leader skills to make any suggestions to us! We still had to pay the full bill, which was totaly over priced!!!
