I ordered 2 x king steers, 2 x large chips and 2 x thick large milkshakes yesterday afternoon at 5h10pm, to be delivered (I stay less than a kilometer from the shop). I phoned at 6h00pm to find out where my order is, upon which i was told, not to worry as they have kept it in the hot oven and that the delivery was on its way. Upon delivery after six o clock, i checked and found the food to be reheated, and refused to take delivery of it. I phoned steers to inform them that i am sending it back and asked whether they are going to redo the order, or whether i must rather order from another company. The manageress told me that they will redo it. Approx 15 minutes later the delivery guy arrived again. The chips looked slightly better - I paid R163.40 cent, and then dished up. The chips were the same chips that was just put in the oil again. The burgers were ice cold. The 2 large thick milkshakes were the same that have been in that paper cup for over 1h30min and the cups were busy dissolving.
R163.40 R10 tip down the drain. Sis, i cannot believe that you took me for a ride like this. However me and my office will not be ordering from you again.
