Half full large chips

I purchased a large chips from steers cape town international airport.

the box looked half empty and when i asked the lady behind the counter she told me " the box only get filled to a certain level so the the back end is open for handling purpose.

this is really shocking to have paid R22.95 for the amount of chips i got tonight.
