STEERS/DEBONAIRS IN CENTURION (LIFESTYLE) HAS GIVEN ME NO JOY FROM THE TIME I FIRST PLACED MY ORDER, ITS THE SECOND TIME REPORTING THIS ISSUE, TODAY I PLACED AN ORDER OF 2 BURGERS AND CHIPS AND WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED I REALIZED THAT THERE WERE NO CHIPS, I CALLED THEM AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE CHIPS WILL BE DELIVERED BEFORE 13:00 AND I AM STILL WAITING, THIS HAS HAPPENED MORE THAN 3 TIMES AND THE ONLY THIS I GET I A LADY WHO LAUGHS ON THE PHONE WHILE IM TRYING TO LAY A COMPLAINT AND ON FRIDAY LAST WEEK DEBONAIRS DELIVERED AN INCOMPLETE ORDER AND WE HAD TO WAIT FOR OUR FOOD. WHAT KIND F CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE THEY DELIVERING??? WE ONLY ORDER THERE BECAUSE THERE IS NO OTHER PLACE WE CAN ORDER FROM, MANAGEMENT OF STEERS HAS APOLOGIZED PREVIOUSLY HOWEVER IT SEEMS LIKE ITS A HABIT, THEY MESS UP AND GIVE AN APOLOGY! PLEASE PLEASE STEERS/DEBONAIRS TREAT US LIKE HUMAN BEINGS WHEN PAY FOR THE SERVICES.
