We had the most pathetic service we have ever experienced @ Bear Creek Spur (c/o Austin and Williams st Wilkoppies) in Klerksdorp last night. 24 Jan 2014. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. We then complained and left when our food was then also brought to us COLD and didn't even get as much as an apology from their floor managers and staff and we have 2 children who love going to Spur so they kept nagging us for their food. (We got there just after 7 and left at 20:50)... They (the saff just mumbled amongst themselves. My husband is a diabetic and needs to eat on time after taking his medication. The bad attitude of the floor managers when we complained was appaling no apology at all!! They seemed to be more self absorbed and came across as if they were doing us a huge favour?? We request that this matter be taken up and that we receive a formal written apology from that branch as soon as possible!! As a PAYING customer this type of service is not acceptable and we will not advise any of our friends go there. My children also won't be having their parties there this year as I would hate for this to happend when I have 10 or more hungry children with me!!
