We arrived at approximately 17:25, all orders were placed by 17:45. after waiting for a hour we complained because we still did not receive our food. Requested to see the manager who checked up on our food etc. food started arriving at 19:00. Food was of bad quality, haphazardly prepared and some even ice cold as if left and forgotten about. Drinks not served. waiters needing constant reminders etc. I am very disappointed with the service provided with this particular branch of Spur.
