Slow and rude service at Montana Spur Potchefstroom! I went to the Spur last night with my wife, after being shown to our table, we waited 25 minutes for someone to come back and take our order.
After waiters and manager walked by quit a few times one of the managers (Chris - as seen on his name tag) finally came to take our order with a attitude, did not ask how we wanted our food, or the sides we preferred with the food.
Two tables behind me was a computer where the managers repeatedly reprimanded the waiters, how can they reprimand someone for doing the same mistakes they do as well, and worst of all in front of clients? A happy worker is a productive worker!
I left after paying for my drinks because I wasn't feeling well, otherwise I would have spoken to one of the managers there, but I feel that they have to treat clients with more respect, and that their service should be much faster. They are going to lose a lot of clients, as they have now lost my support (many of my friends and clients have complained about this Spur in the past).
