I just ordered a Cheesy Garlic Roll and BBQ Chicken Wings from the Musgrave branch at 11:59am. My order came after an hour. When I opened the BBQ chicken wings it was not what I expected, the wings didn't even look like they had any BBQ sauce on them, having experienced better service at the Bluff branch on Saturday where I bought two portions of these wings and when opened it was practically covered in sauce. Today I had to eat dry wings that where stuck to the foil and been hungry I had to eat this and follow with water. I know if I phone the branch all they would do is send a driver with another portion and ask for the balance of the first portion knowing the customer ordered food been hungry and has probably eaten already. This is very disappointing especially after buying from Bluff and getting my monies worth.
