I went to the rivonia branch 2 weekends ago and I was served by a very disinterested and smirking cashier. (rude) I asked her for hot wings and she said they didnt have any wings. She said they only have big wings. I asked why. She said the normal wings were frozen. I asked how long it would take to cook as I was willing to wait. She said they will have wings again tomorrow, maybe. I then spoke to the manager as I thought this was rediculous. I asked the manager how long the wings take to defrost and she said it takes the whole day. This is the most rediculous thing ever. I may be mistaken but I thought the wings could be cooked from frozen. Either way, why did they not have prepared for the day with enough unfrozen wings? Lazyness? Dont care attitude? This is not the first time I have had bad service. The last time there was no spicy chicken and they did not want to make more even though it was a few hours still before closing time.
