After lodging a complaint about the rude and unprofessional service that i received from Nandos two weeks ago, i got a written response which was followed by an apology by the friendly restaurant manager. the manager called me to the store and she handled the matter so well that my perception of the restaurant has changed to one that i like. the manager went out of her way to make up for the bad service.
