I ordered quarter leg extra hot and very juicy, chips and a roll, the order came with the meat burnt and scary.i called nandos to speak to the manager about the service and mind you i have complaint before, more than four times with them deliverying wrong orders but this time it was the right order but burnt, the manager was so rude and even told me that next time when i need food i should come to the store and stop calling since im always complaining, talk about being incompetent, he didnt even apologies for the inconvenience but instead he hanged up on me, i called again and the very waitress who took my order sounded very irritated and said the manager was out, out? within seconds? during the call the manager told me that the delivery men knocked off BUT TO MY SURPRISE THEY SENT A DELIVERY MAN WITHING 15 MINUTES WITH MY ORDER AND OTHER ORDERS, WAIT A MINUTE... DIDNT THE MANAGER SAY THEY KNOCKED OFF? HE... AS WELL .I doubt i will ever order from nandos for as long as i exist, the manager spoke to me like im nothing, as if he owned nandos, even if he does its still my money, treat me with respect, i pay your salary.
