We drove in at KFC by the Kollonade Mall branch and a consultant by the name of Mbongeni was disgustingly rude and really bad tempered and honestly undeserving of her assisting customers due to her lack of ability to correlate with people. I specifically asked for two box masters and asked how much it would cost so as to have the money I had on me enough for the order. She then responded "it costs 60 for one - can you not make out how much two of them would cost? " I then later asked for her name and she failed to give that out - ultimately leading me to getting out of my car and look for her name tag which to my understanding is to be made visible at all times - I am stunned by such poor service.
