On the 4th of January I went into the branch to reverse a debit order of R200 as well as make a stop order & the consultant told me that it will cost R70 to make a stop order. What I'm angry about is that I just found out that I could have done & saved R60. Now I've been debited the R70 whereas I could have done it online & saved the R60 had the consultant told me about the alternative option. I feel the lack of explanation from the consultant caused me an unnecessary cost & I demand that I be refunded my money back as I've always used online banking.
