Poor service, order late

Hi, yesterday we took lunch from work and go eat at Spur mall of the north/amarillo spur.when we arrive there it was 14:15 and we seated made orders and asked for drinks, we finished our drinks and wait for our meals, at 15:03 the waitress came to our table and showed us a slip with our order only been ordered at 15:03 after we have been waiting from 14:15.our food arrived at 15:35 of which our lunch time was already finished because is only an hour.we found the service un acceptable and asked the waitress to call the manager which we waited nd decide to leave coz no 1 ever pitched. This is the worsed service ever received.
