T-bone or not

We ordered chicken wings as a starter, main course was half grilled chicken, pork chops and aged T-bone steak... Some of the wings still had feathers attached, which we sent back. They where replaced and no more problem. When the main course arrived, I noticed that the bone in the T-bone was missing. The server by the name of Zie, assured me that it was a T-bone. To me it was a butterflied piece of rump, passed off as a T-bone. As we had already sent back on course, I felt too embarrassed to send back the steak
Why do this, it only creates a bad taste, and obviously I want go back there..
