The quality of steers and the service of steers is going nowhere. This applies to both Pineslopes and Fourways Mall.
1st off we stopped going to Steers in Pineslopes for the simple reason the staff attitude as well as the quality of the food is shocking and quite frankly not worth the aggrevation of being given another bad meal by the same grumpy' couldnt care less staff.
Now unfortunately it seems as though this is now occuring at Steers in fourways mall, an even further drive for us but in hope of quality, worth the extra distance.
Unfortunately not, same bad service and even worse quality to the point that the food was actually inedible. As a brand that has been around for years and well established you would expect the quality and service to be of a much higher standard. I sincerley hope you can sort this out, but to any one who is considering steers in that area i suggest you go and get something from the many other competing fast food outlets in the area as we are fortunately spoilt for choice in that area.
I hope for steers sake that this does not become and ecceptable standard at all their other outlets!
