Walk in and was informed by manager to take a sit someone will assist us. A waitress gave us a menu and never came back, five minutes later I requested one waitress, who was passing, by to assist she said she will call someone to assist. Two minutes later I walk-up towards the entrance and called another waitress who then came to assist. She took our order, I asked her to call the Manager. The manager came and I related my complaint and she gave me attitude saying what must she do cause she had assigned someone to our table. She never bothered to apologise and she was raising her voice. About thirty minutes later our food was not there an nobody checked on us. We had to call another waitress who was passing by. The food came and it was cold and when we pointed it to the waitress she just shrugged her shoulders. The manager was on the floor and she avoided any contact with us, She took orders from a table adjucent to us and she never bother to follow up on our complaiint
