KFC
Extremely Slow Service

Good Day

I would like to complain about the KFC in Northam. I have not been happy with the service once! My collegues also complain about this KFC.
Problems:
1. Slow Service (I wait 30min at the drive tru)
2. Broken Machinery (Machine coke---- they then charged me for a normal coke. How is this my problem?)
3. Card Machine problems (Doesn't go through while I know ther is money in the account.
4. Food Burnt (I don't know if they use old oil but the smell is revaulting)

Please see that this is fixed as I have complained to the manager many times and nothing has changed.
