So I was eating dinner with my family after returning home from the states. We ordered food which took a significantly long time to reach us. Besides the slow and forgetful waitress we had, I found myself in a bit of shock as to what was going on around me. While waiting for my food, I saw a waiter on his way with plates of food and as he passed our table, I saw him slide his (possibly dirty) finger across one of the plates and drag prawns into his hand. Besides that fact that somebody was about to receive an over priced plate of prawns with a few missing, he proceeded to stuff them into his mouth on the way back past my table. I was pretty off and disgusted by this, but it proved to be quite a trend at this restaurant because for the next 45mins that I sat at my table, I started spotting more staff doing this. I don't care if hungry staff eat in the kitchen, but don't grab food off people's plates and start scoffing away in front of customers.
