I sent my driver to buy me a zinger burger & 4piece zinger wings. instead i get a zinger meal with a 500ml coke that amounted to R63.80. I dont mind getting the meal but the cashier charged me R50.90 to upsize to a 500ml coke whereas a normal meal with coke is R38.90 so this means that i had to pay a whole R12 extra to upsize my cooldrink!!?? when i called Westgate KFC she said she charged me that price because of the 500ml coke but i do not understand why i should pay R12 to upsize my cooldrink. And to top it off i did not receive my zinger wings which she said she has placed in the bag. I'm really disappointed in KFC and it's probably the 10th time i have been ripped off by KFC but i never go back to complain.
