On the 1st of January 2014 we visited the Mimosa Mall Panarottis in Bloemfontein. We were not seated properly and only advised to enter. We then took a seat in the smoking area and waited for a waiter. After ten minutes we decided to get up and leave due to the fact that we wanted to catch a movie. I then asked for the manager on duty at the cashier desk and was simply pointed to the back of house section at the kitchen. I then had to ask for the manager again. He did not introduce himself and I advised him that the lack of service is terrible. He then asked if we can be helped now and I declined the offer. On our way out there was a very rude and snotty waitress who then sarcastically added "well a happy new year for you too". I feel this was uncalled for and the remark could have been left out.
This is not the first time that we have experienced bad service at this restaurant as the Thursday night specials are usually a bunch of waiters standing around and not serving the Pizzas. You are lucky if you maybe get two slices in three hours which are the same pizzas over and over again anyway.
I will definitely tell everyone about this experience.
