I will never sit foot back into Worcester Panarottis. I wasn't happy with the pizza that was served to me. When the waitress came and asked what's wrong I told her that the pizza base is too thin and everything is falling off. She took it back to the kitchen where the cook was debating with her about the base of the pizza. The manager on duty didn't even bother to come over and ask what the problem is but continuously complained to another guest and kept looking over to my table. When we left the owner just acknowledge us with a thank you. While paying I heard the owner asking the waitress if we are still there and she said yes. I will ensure that my family and friends knows about the service that we received at this restaurant.
