On 30 March, my husband and I ate at Mugg and Bean, Irene Village Mall. I ordered a Caribbean Mocha, but received an ordinary Caffe Mocha. I decided not to mention it, and we placed our meal order. My husband's burger arrived just fine, as he ordered it, but I didn't receive the S'mores Waffle I ordered. Instead, our waitress brought me an ordinary waffle with ice cream. I sent it back, asking once again for a S'mores Waffle. The waitress returned with a waffle with some toasted marshmallows on it. I pointed out that it was supposed to have toasted marshmallows, as well as chocolate and marshmallow sauces, on top. The waitress said that they got the chocolate sauce from the bar and that the marshmallows on top were the marshmallow sauce, and she brought the waffle back with some chocolate sauce on top. Since the waffle still didn't have all the toppings that were advertised on the menu, and no explanation as to why that was the case, I explained that I was unhappy with my order and that I wasn't going to pay for it. The waitress left, and a manager returned with the bill, from which the waffle had been removed. No apology or explanation was offered by the waitress or manager.
