Hi, i have a big big complaint about your panarottis gateway store. my last 4 visits to gateway store has been horrific bad and unpleasant. my family have been customers for many years and its sad to see your customer service is gone down. i have never complaint before and i said this time i am definitely going to. my visit on Saturday was very bad. my hubby and i went to gateway about 6pm just to have a cup of tea and cake... we were seated and we waited for 25 mins just to get a waiter to come take our order... bear in mind it was just a cup of tea that's all! i called the hostess and she totally ignored me, then i got up and went to front desk and i saw the manager there so she attended to me, it was a white lady with specs on... she took our order for cake and tea, when the waiter brings our tea... what a blunder... she wrings 2 cups of tea instead of 1 cup... she brings only 1 sugar spoon instead of 2 spoons... she brings hot milk instead of cold milk... and she doesn't bring the cake... now how much worst can it get... by this time we were very frustrated at the services we received from your gateway store... very unpleasant and bad service... i tell the waiter about the cake
