To think bela bela warmbaths is a well known tourist attraction and that many people invest in buying take outs close to them once leaving, I find it disappointing that Nando's in this area cannot meet clients needs and has no communication skills nor system.we order our food and sat out side for 1h and 30min waiting, until I went inside to ask wat was the matter... I was told the food was made long ago they jus cudnt find us. If myself and my family was seated jus outside the main door by the tables nando's supplies how is it hard to find us. Wen the order came, we had to ask for folks and knifes, sauces and plates which each took 10minutes to reach us.on top of that, I ordered a burger which was not made due to the cashier who didn listen properly to the order.the manager then came and told us in 10min it wud be done and didn't even bother to apologize or care that we where complete unhappy with the services received by this branch.
