On Sunday, 20/10/2013, at around 21h00 I was with my friend at Bela Bela Nandos to buy takeaways. When the food was ready the person who was preparing the food (he said his name was Joseph) threw our food to the lady in front instead of giving the food to her gently. I told him he mustn't throw our food like that and he told me what he did is even better and if only I could see what others do at the back before I can complain. I told him I do not care what others do because I can't see them but on the other hand he is visible to the costumers so he need to handle our food with respect.
What I hate more is that he made a joke out of this instead of apologising. When I asked him if they throw around prepared food at his house he said "no because they use breakable dishes" and I asked if they'd throw each other with plates if they used plastic dishes and he said 'yes' laughing. He then told me I mustn't worry because at the front they did not toss my food at me but gave it to me nicely in my hands and that he will remember my face and in future he won't toss around my food.
Told him it isn't about me only but all costumers cause we can all see him and he still laughed. No apology
