I ordered a pizza from your Hatfield branch on Saturday 7pm, made a payment online, and never received the pizza. I made failed attempts to get through to the store and even the customer care line didn't bother to return my call.
The next morning, at 9am, I received a VERY rude phone call from the store saying that they'll deliver the pizza that morning. Really?!
Apart from the failure to deliver, zero apology from the store and the lack of feedback, Debonairs STILL owes me the moneys paid for the pizza.
This is utterly ridiculous, unacceptable and shocking.
