On thursday the second of january 2014 I went to order food at chicken licken, as. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes my often get thirsty, I was also discharge from hospital and still recovering I had a bad cough and wanted a glass of water, struggling to stop coughing I asked waiter ester for a glass of water and her response was, we are not allowed to give customers water, I then asked her for her managers name she said she is unable to disclose this information to me, my mom then came for me and asked me what is wrong as I was still coughing and tearing up, I then told her what was said she then demanded to see the manager whom refused the water as well stating that this is chicken lickens policy.
