Serious Lack of Quality and Customer Satisfaction

I visited the Fourways branch of Mugg and Bean on the 27th Dec for breakfast.
After receiving the classic benedict breakfast I had ordered, I was disappointed at the lack of quality and taste of both the hollanaise sauce as well as the partially raw English muffin. I complained to the waiter and in turn, the on duty manager, and returned the food mostly untouched and did not ask for a replacement.
When I received the bill, the uneaten breakfast was still being charged for, even though it was not eaten and sent back. The Manger insisted that any issues with sub-standard pre-made muffins and pre-made sauce should be taken up with Tiger Brands directly as they provide Mugg and Bean with those products.
I was not in the mood to cause a scene or dispute the issue with the clearly incompetent and "LACK of customer focus" manager.

A truly pathetic experience that has ensured I always think twice about spending another cent at a Mugg and Bean restaurant.
