Quality of food deteriorated

I fell in love with eggs Benedict at Mugg & Bean 6 years ago in Joburg at the Mug & Bean on Peter Place.

It has been the only thing that I eat at Mugg & Bean for 6 years. I have on several occasions sent my order back due it, tasting like plastic, the quality of the product has deteriorated and yet the price remains the same.

For what I have seen, I am not the only one complaining about this.
