We are currently visiting the area and decided to have breakfast just before 09:00 on 28/10/13. There were approx. 10 customers present. I ordered a SA breakfast and when it arrived, the food wad unpleasantly cold. The sauce on the sausage was completely cold. I requested the waitress to arrange for the food to be re-heated. It came back to me but without the sauce. When I did get it, it was, again, cold. My 2 requests were met with a lot of laughter from the kitchen. I am glad that they enjoyed my dissatisfaction with the food - I was not amused. Kudzai preferred to rather chat to her colleagues rather that serve us and when the full 10% gratuity was not added, the dissatisfied attitude was very clear. Not a satisfactory experience at all - my rating - 4/10.
However, I did enjoy a Cappuccino - 9/10.
