On 03/01/2014 i visited your store i was served by Noxolo at 14:51. At 14.55 i asked if there was a waiting period on my meal i was advise "Yes 4 minutes". To my dismay at 15:20 i have not receive my meal and became irritated. I then requested to see a manager after the fifth request a lady name Zandile commented " the not worried about the customer they only care about the chicken" The manager named Megan arrived at 15:30 after i sarcastically asked if she was on leave or just don't want to attend to me. The only response Megan gave was " i hope you enjoy your meal"
The fact that there was no sense of urgency shown by any of your staff members and a blatant disregard to serve a paying customer disgust me. Is this the kind of service you render on a daily basis to paying customers?
My request is a senior official (not Megan) to contact me.
