Sadly I never thought I would ever need to complain about KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken), and to be honest I am not complaining about KFC, more about an RESTAURANT MANAGER at the Rosmead branch in Kenilworth Cape Town whose name is IKERAAM, I went to order the usual Family Treat meal and as per our usual meal at KFC, I requested that my 6 piece meal exclude center and side breast pieces, as this request is usually accepted by the branch and other fast food outlets throughout the country! Ikeraam refused to allow my meal to be served to me in the way that I requested, he had rather have me leave the branch empty handed because he didn't was a surplus of "dry pieces" in his store and apparently this is supposed to be standard practice at all KFC! So I drove to another branch and bought the meal I wanted and it was served to me the way I requested it!
Maybe KFC needs to look at the managers that they employ firstly because Ikeraam is definitely not the quality that should be manager of any store! His appearance in terms of cleanliness, and his manner of talking to a customer is the worst representation for any business! Either retrain him or get rid of him please.
