I was looking for grey school socks and there was only 2 pairs on the rail without a size or price.
Megan was busy with something else when I approached her to ask her if they had anymore.
She said she'll have a look, left what she was doing and without attitude she went to the back where she brought out some more stock.

It's very seldom when someone takes the time out without attitude to assist a customer with what is needed.
Other retailers would just say "sorry what is on the rail is all we have" without even having a look in their stock room.

Megan is someone who Pep Stores should value for her customer service and great attitude towards customers.

I hope she will be rewarded accordingly.

She should be the star of the month in the Blue Route Mall store so that all customers can see that it doesn't matter what store you walk into customer service should be number one.
