I went to Silver Bay Spur Meilkbostrand, with my family for breakfast on the 3rd of January 2013. As we were enjoying our food, the owner came in. He started swearing and shouting at the waiters. Many corporations make the critical mistake of thinking that they don't need to treat their employees as well as they expect the employees to treat their customers. He may have been swearing at the employees but, he managed to get rid of customers as well. A group of guys in front of our table just got up and left because they couldn't take the verbal abuse to the employees.
If no action is taken against the owner of the Melkbosstrand Spur, It will surely prove that Spur Corporation's culture seems to actively encourage bullying and harassment of workers
