I am extremly anoid with steers broadway natal. I drove about 10km to order from steers broadway. When I got home, none of my burgers had patties on. When i phoned to complain, I was told to bring the order back. THIS IS SIMPLE NOT ACCEPTABLE. I explained to zhotwa that I am not prepared to drive again for their mistake. Zhotwa told me she will try to make a plan... After an hour, my family incl 2 kids could not wait any longer and we made our own food. Eventually after 1 1/2 hours they delivered cold burgers. Again a stuff up as it was the wrong order.
I phoned samantha the regional manager twice on 074 588 1628 to complain, but I got an answering machine every time. I left two messages, and I am still waiting for a response.
Is this kind of service acceptable to famouse brands, if so then I will certainly not order from them again!!
