We were at Lakeside mall and decided to have a meal at Spur. Big mistake. Food wasgood, waitron was great, when we wanted to pay, we wanted to use our family card vouchers as the manager Iin the front who was the "operator" said the system Iis offline... we said after an argument we will just pay he was sooo rude instead of making an affort to assist he stood there arguing with us... he said he was phoning head office when the phone rang in his ear I mean really that is just pathetic. I will not go back there. The owner is goningt to lose alot of customers having him run that spur.
