Don't be fooled to pay twice for terrible quality

First I tried calling Nandos Morningside to place an order to pick up an order but the line was engaged for 20 minutes so I had to drive there. When I get there I tell the manager on duty that the lines are engaged he shows me the phone as if to say I am crazy but the cashier told me they were having issues with there line. I swiped my card and I got an sms that the transaction was successful but Nandos insisted they were having issues with the machine and I had to pay cash so I paid cash only to find out that I had now paid twice. I aske for my chicken to have extra basting and to be well done but got no sause what so ever. I specifically asked that my strips and rice have extra sauce and the chicken be cut in small pieces but I got dried rice like it was in the microwave too long and 3 huge pieces of breast. I am absolutely disgusted as I have not experienced this the first time with Nandos Morningside but this is like the fifth complaint and you would think they would get better but they are getting worse. I contacted the manager now and he says I must bring my bank statement in and they can't resolve it today but their accountant will check and let me know. Unacceptable
