Spur Observatory is by for the worst service i've experienced, not just in the food industry but in any form of customer service.
As muslims we are limited in our choice of family restaurants and this is an establishment i will never reccommend or visit again.
The disappointment of 3yr & 4yr old kids waiting 2 hours for milkshakes and kiddies waffles was UNBELIEVABLE, ORDERS NOT PROPERLY MANAGED, ARROGANT MANAGERS AND STAFF...
And to top it all off i was given two mobile numbers of Operations Manager and a contact number for the owner and 12 hours later i could still not reach them.
