After battling for 5 months to get the booking we wanted, I eventually managed to book a table for 2 at Roma Revolving in Durban for 8pm on Friday the 3rd of January 2014.
We arrived at exactly 8pm and notified to concierge of our arrival. We were told that out table was not ready but it wouldn't be long so we should take a seat at the bar area while we wait (which had no smoking signs and yet it was the designated smoking area?)
We very patiently waited for a table but 45 minutes later we were STILL waiting! During this time 5 other couples had arrived and immediately been seated! When we addressed the issue with management, we were told that my husband is too BIG to be comfortable at their cramped tables!!!
I am horrified at the terrible service we received and the manner in which we were dealt with.
