We purchased a promotion that Brazen Head offered through Groupon. When we gave them the voucher they refused to honour it. We were told it was not valid, despite the fine print on the voucher saying it was valid specifically for the night in question. The managers were completely useless, they got aggressive, and then they refused to give us their names for the record. I did get their names from other staff. Ian Vendebles and Pieter Fourie. What cowards, and what disgusting managers. DODGY PLACE, DODGY PEOPLE!
I checked the menu, there are no meals at the prices the discount/special claim. They claim the meal is worth R669 for R350, but it is a lie. Then they don't honour their advertising to boot, and get aggressive about why.
Disgusting place, filthy, scummy, dirty managers, service... and food!
I looked at the other complaints about this place on HelloPeter and was not surprised to find similar complaints.
