I sent the below email on 27.06.2013, only got a READ RECEIPT on 04.07.2013 at around 11 AM in the morning and STILL no form of communication back to me.
I am just looking for an email address on the [URL Removed] website then I am going to forward this case to them as well. Hellopeter and if possible any form of local newspapers. After this case there was another incident that occurred at the SAME KFC Branch. There is no CUSTOMER CARE as you call it on your website, it should be renamed to CUSTOMER WE DON'T CARE - A silly, "We are sorry about this and will make sure it does not happen again." would have been enough to make me happy.
