Today, 5/12/2013 I tried KFC again after my last horrible experience. (Which I didn't even report)
We ordered a Zinger burger, 8 Zinger wings and a Streetwise 2. The lady taking the order made us pay and only after that fact informed us that they do not have Zinger Wings. My previous run-in with this KFC also involved them not having stock over lunchtime. (Yes, both times they had no stock/"would take10-15 minutes" after they made us pay)
I find it utterly ridiculous that a fast food chain such as KFC would neglect having stock readily prepared for the lunch time influx.
KFC, I am appalled at the utter indifference your staff displayed both times, acting as if it is now my problem to choose something else after taking my money.
You have lost a loyal customer.
