During a conversation with the branch owner about my last complaint she told me that the drivers use Google Maps and a hardcopy map in their office - plus gps in their vehicles...
Really!? And the drivers still couldn't find a home 4 turns and 1.2km away - proving what she told me to be absolute rubbish, how, with 3 100% accurate info sources can my home not be found!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Someone needs to contact Google to tell their software is too complicated for Mr Delivery Northgate.
