I went to Steers at the garage at West Beach on Christmas evening (around 7PM) as this was the only take-out open. There were scores of people, and the two staff that were on duty had clearly not been trained properly yet (the person at the front desk had to keep looking for items on the computer that he had not seen before), not sure about the staff at the back. There were only TWO people - and they were stressed, but handled the situation brilliantly under the circumstances. Besides working on xmas, they should be paid further bonuses for dealing with the fact that the management had only staffed the place with two people
