Item seen at Menlyn was required in Johannesburg & could not be found. Sylvester found it in warehouse & Nicole made arrangements to get it from Checkers to house & Home (who knew they operate as 2 separate entities?) so it could be delivered with purchase from House & Home to my address. Not their usual system, but all was done pleasantly & professionally, with follow up on delivery. Delivery was made by very pleasant & obliging drivers as well! Most impressed especially after I was originally told this couldn't be done. Well done!
