On Monday 07 January 2013, I visited Mugg & Bean Canal Walk. We placed our order for coffees and when it arrived it was luke warm, we could drink it in one gulp. We then placed our breakfast order. The waitress never asked if we would like any add ons and usually at other branches they do. When we received our orders, the eggs weren't done as we required. We sent one of the plates back to the kitchen about 3 times and still the eggs weren't done properly. Out waitress did not come around during the breakfast to find out it all is fine. This is totally unacceptable and the resturant wasn't that full that we couldn't be given attention.
