I am appalled by KFC Bad Customer Service

24th December 2013 at 20h00 I went to Yoeville KFC and ordered 5x Streetwise 3 Meals. I was assisted by a cashier with a name tag written Mpho (The lady with the star tattooes on the left side of her neck.)

I was told to pay R174.50 and I paid it. The lady then gave me four meals. When I asked her why she only gave me four meals she rudely told me that's what I paid for, when I asked her to give me a slip I was told that there is no slip as her machine cannot print any. A street wise 3 meal costs R34.90 so I should have been billed R139.60 if I am only given 4 meals. Mpho still could not calculate this in her head until her colleague with a name tag written Nomsa suggested that the manager be called.

A man in a grey shirt walked towards me with no name tag and didn't introduce himself to me instead he simply said "Hello, what is the problem?" I then told him that I paid R174.50 for five meals & only received four. He then said he's coming back and disappeared into the back for another 10mins & he eventually reappeared with a box containing 3 pieces of 11 fries (yes I counted, I was only given ELEVEN fries) and handed it to me saying "Here is another one, sorry."

Shocking!
