KFC doesn't give the right goods

We went to KFC and ordered two ZINGER Fully-Loaded Box meals. The lady who we ordered with got the order right, and the lady who gave us our order said it was two ZINGER box meals.

We get home and it's ordinary Fully-Loaded Box meals. So disappointed.
Someone there cannot read or listen.
